3. MEP & Joinery Planning — Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are coordinated alongside custom joinery and finishes before construction begins, reducing on-site clashes and delays.
4. Construction & Site Supervision — Dedicated project managers oversee daily progress, quality control, and subcontractor coordination, with regular client updates.
5. Handover & Post-Handover Support — Final inspections, snagging, and a defects-liability period, with ongoing maintenance available after handover.
