The street-facing façade is conceived as a calm, sculpted mass in off-white tones, reading as a series of interlocking geometric blocks. Openings are intentionally restrained, with deep recesses, shaded voids, and integrated planters that soften the architecture while maintaining a discreet presence in the neighborhood. This controlled composition ensures privacy from the street while hinting at the light-filled spaces within.
Towards the garden, the villa opens dramatically, revealing double-height glazing, vertical timber fins, and generous terraces arranged around a central pool. The interplay between smooth white walls, warm wood cladding, and textured stone creates a rich yet balanced material palette that feels both contemporary and timeless. Vertical screening elements provide shade, control views, and cast dynamic shadows throughout the day.
