Our design approach for this master bedroom focused on a delicate balance of textures, lighting, and bespoke elements to achieve a cohesive and serene atmosphere.
We carefully selected a rich material palette to define distinct zones and add layers of luxury, including the warm, herringbone-patterned wood flooring that introduces a sense of classic elegance, complemented by a plush, inviting area rug beneath the bed.
The feature wall behind the media console is clad in exquisite marble, extending its grandeur and seamlessly integrating with the overall refined aesthetic.
A comprehensive lighting scheme was developed to enhance mood and functionality; recessed ceiling lights provide general illumination, while accent lighting within shelving units and behind wall panels highlights architectural details and artwork, with the soft glow from the bedside lamp adding warmth and intimacy, creating varied ambiance options for the client.
Bespoke joinery plays a crucial role in both aesthetics and practicality, as a custom-designed shelving unit, integrated with subtle backlighting, serves as a stylish display for personal effects and literature, maintaining a clean and organized look.
Wall paneling with integrated metallic accents behind the bed and along key walls further adds architectural interest and a touch of subtle glamour.
