Al Mujassam completed a contemporary private estate set within mature woodland and wrapped around a tranquil lake. The architecture balances long horizontal rooflines with floor-to-ceiling glazing to frame water and forest views throughout. Arrival is marked by a sculptural porte-cochère, reflecting pools, and a curated art courtyard. Inside, open galleries connect living areas to a wellness wing and lakeside terraces, while warm natural materials and concealed lighting create a refined, resort-like atmosphere. Landscape design integrates stepped paths, a waterfall feature, and boat access, enabling effortless indoor-outdoor living year-round. The result is a discreet, highly crafted residence where nature, water, and modern detailing come together.
